Find Out If You Or a Loved One Qualifies for Our Veteran Program
Morrison Dental Care is proud to offer our “Make a Veteran Smile Again” program, founded to rebuild smiles lost while serving in the United States military. This program is designed to help veterans boost their confidence. We welcome veterans who we serve to establish as patients of the practice; however, the program is designed for a one-time restoration.
Who qualifies
The program is available to veterans who do not qualify for VA dental benefits, cannot afford such extensive dental work and restorations out of pocket, and have dental issues that affect their quality of life (e.g., making eating difficult or preventing them from socializing due to their appearance).
How it works
Morrison Dental Care interviews potential candidates to determine if a veteran meets the criteria to become a participant in our Veteran Program. If chosen, you will be given a complete examination, including any necessary X-rays. This will be followed by an in-depth consultation in which one of our dentists will review our findings and recommend a treatment plan.
The commitments involved
We will provide all of the services we discuss with you at no charge and seek your approval before we perform any of those services. Your responsibility is to show up for your appointments on time when able, let us know when you cannot be here, and follow our instructions. If you don’t keep your appointments, display a poor attitude, refuse to comply with instructions, or engage in any other behavior our staff deems unacceptable, Morrison Dental Care reserves the right to discontinue treatment.
After treatment
Once your smile has been restored, we strongly urge you to continue receiving regular dental care. Failure to get continuing care will likely result in losing your restored smile. Please be advised this plan may not correct all of your dental problems and that we have no specific warranty for future care. As previously stated, there will be NO CHARGE for the initial restoration of your smile. However, any treatment we provide in the future may or may not have associated costs. If there is to be a charge, you will be notified and must agree to it in advance.
