Stacy G.

Treatment Coordinator

Stacy has been in dentistry for 26 years, joining the practice 11 years ago. As part of the front desk staff, her responsibilities include answering phones and greeting patients, checking patients in and out, presenting treatment plans, and managing financials.

Stacy believes the family atmosphere and high-tech techniques set this practice apart. She loves that the doctors and employees genuinely care about their patients.

Outside the office, Stacy enjoys traveling, gardening, exercising, and spending time with her family.

Becky F.

Patient Coordinator

Becky has been with the practice for 24 years as part of the front desk administrative staff. Her responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, checking patients in and out, and managing treatment plans, and, financial matters.

What Becky loves the most about her job is building trusting relationships with patients and making them feel at ease. She believes this practice’s long legacy and familial atmosphere make it unique. Becky’s mother worked at Morrison Dental Care before her.

Outside the office, Becky enjoys spending time with family, especially her adult children.

Heather R.

Patient Coordinator

Heather has been in dentistry for 20 years. As a patient coordinator, her responsibilities include checking patients in and out, managing insurance, and answering the phone, texts, and emails. Heather knows everyone! She is a community favorite and has a connection with so many people.

What Heather loves most about her job is the staff and patients. She believes what sets this practice apart is the familial bond between staff and patients. Outside the office, Heather enjoys working out, cleaning, and spending time with family and friends.

Rachel B.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Rachel received her training through Hudson Valley Community College. She has been in dentistry for 15 years and has been in practice for 10 years. Her Aunt Georgie was a hygienist with Morrison Dental Care before Rachel joined the practice. Rachel’s responsibilities include all things related to patient care.

What she loves most about her job are her patients and coworkers. Rachel believes that what sets this practice apart is the dedication to continued growth and improvement.

Rachel chose the path of dentistry fueled by a desire to help others. Outside the office, she loves spending time with family and friends and reading thrillers.

Lori R.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Lori received her education through Hudson Valley Community College, where she received advanced training in laser therapy and an emphasis on continuing education. Having been in the field of dentistry for 42 years, Lori joined the practice 25 years ago and loves helping her patients maintain their oral health.

What Lori loves most about her job is improving the health of her patients, and she believes what makes this practice unique is the dedication to advanced technology and patient education.

Outside the office, Lori enjoys hitting the gym, practicing yoga, learning new things, and spending time with her friends, family, and dogs. She’s also active in her community as part of the local Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

Chasity

Dental Assistant

Chasity has been bringing her passion for patient care and her commitment to continuous learning to the dental field since 2009. A Certified Dental Assistant, Chasity honed her skills through hands-on training and coursework at HVCC. She joined the Morrison Dental Care team in September 2024 and immediately felt at home in the warm and welcoming environment. Chasity’s role involves ensuring exceptional care for patients while supporting the smooth operation of the practice within state guidelines.

Outside of work, Chasity loves creating lasting memories with her family and friends. Her hobbies include boating, hunting, fishing, and cheering on her favorite football team. An occasional volunteer with the Colonie VFW 8692 and Oakwood Bible Church, Chasity is dedicated to her community. She’s known for her compassionate nature and her belief that “everything happens for a reason.”

Ashley M.

Dental Assistant

Ashely received her training through Hudson Valley Community College. She has been in dentistry for 17 years and has been in practice for 16 years. Her responsibilities include assisting the doctors in various dental treatments and handling lab cases. Her favorite thing about the job is her patients, and she believes what sets this practice apart is the compassionate staff.

Ashley found herself down this path because her aunt was a dental assistant who helped her through her own dental anxiety. Outside the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Alicia B.

Licensed Dental Assistant

Alicia received her education from Hudson Valley Community College and has been in dentistry for 14 years, with the practice for 12 years. Her responsibilities include working side by side with the doctors and assisting in different dental treatments. What Alicia loves most about her job is how hands-on it is and getting to work directly with the patients. Alicia believes what sets this practice apart is how fast-paced it is and the amount of work that is done in-house.

Outside the office, Alicia is an amateur baker and cake decorator who enjoys arts and crafts, reading, and spending time with her family and dogs. She loves to travel and is very involved in her children’s sports.

Lauren D.

Dental Assistant

Lauren received her education from Adirondack Dental Assisting School. She has been in dentistry for seven years and with the practice for five years. As a dental assistant, Lauren’s responsibilities include helping the doctors with various dental treatments. What Lauren loves the most about her job is being able to positively impact her patients’ lives. She started down this career path motivated by her love of helping people and her interest in dentistry.

Lauren believes that what makes this practice unique is its dedicated, long-term patients. Outside the office, she loves to travel, spend time with friends and family, work out, and play with her French Bulldog, Luna.

Robyn Morrison

Administration and Finance

Robyn received her undergraduate from Union College with a BA in economics and an MBA from Touro College Graduate School of Business in New York City. She’s been managing the practice since 2023, handling responsibilities ranging from human resources and staff development to patient care and practice finance.

Robyn believes what makes this practice unique is the staff and doctors’ dedication to their patients, their commitment to truly hearing their patients, and their interest in continuously evolving and learning to serve their community better.

Robyn is also a published author and an active member of her community, where she educates women on investments. Outside the office, she enjoys watching baseball, skiing, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.

Phyllis Morrison

Administration and Finance

Phyllis received her education from Syracuse University, where she received advanced training in office management. She has been in dentistry and with the practice for 54 years, with responsibilities including all things administration. What Phyllis loves most about her work here is being part of such a great team, and she believes what sets this practice apart is their care and compassion for their patients.

Outside the office, Phyllis enjoys tap dancing, reading, and spending time with family.
