David P. Morrison, DDS, MAGD

Dr. David Morrison is the proud next-generation owner of Morrison Dental Care, continuing a family tradition rooted in compassion, precision, and lifelong learning. A graduate of The Albany Academy, he earned his BA in Chemistry from Emory University and his DDS from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2007, followed by a residency at the Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany.

Dr. Morrison holds a Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD)—a prestigious designation achieved by fewer than 4% of dentists nationwide—and is highly regarded for his advanced skill in implant dentistry. He is also a certified Silver Plus Provider with Invisalign and a member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners.

A strong advocate for innovation, he is passionate about incorporating advanced technologies to improve patient comfort, precision, and long-term outcomes. Dentistry is not just a profession for Dr. Morrison—it is a legacy. Inspired by his grandfather and uncle, both dentists, he blends tradition with forward-thinking vision.

Outside the office, Dr. Morrison serves on the board of the Jewish Federation of Northeast NY and enjoys outdoor adventures with his wife, Robyn, and their two children, Myles and Wren. Ask him about his favorite sports team (he is a superfan!) or his love of photography—every nature photo in the office is his.
