Dr. David is among just 2% of dentists nationwide to achieve Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is about to graduate from the Kois Center, one of the nation’s most respected continuing education programs, and has also completed advanced training with Spear Education and other leading institutions.
Dr. Lewis has logged thousands of hours of continuing education over his career and is a Fellow of both the Academy of Osseointegration and the Academy of Stress and Chronic Disease.
